Tracy J. Willi represents individuals and businesses in state and federal civil litigation and appeals.  Having represented clients on both sides of the lawsuit equation and at all stages of trial and appeal, Willi Law Firm provides the experience and tenacity required to aggressively defend or pursue recovery in complex matters.  Ms. Willi has a broad range of experience and has litigated or appealed cases involving construction defects, contract, copyright infringement, defamation, fraud, heirship determinations, improper accounting methods, insurance coverage, legal and medical malpractice, partnership disputes, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, real property disputes, tortious interference with contract, and will contests.  She has represented clients in adversary proceedings regarding dischargeability, exemptions, and preferential transfers in bankruptcy court.

Ms. Willi has pursued cases at all levels of Texas and state court including the Texas Supreme Court, and at all levels of federal court including Bankrupcty and District Courts, Fifth Circuit and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.  She is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Ms. Willi focuses her practice on civil litigation and appeals in Texas state and federal courts, assisting litigants, attorneys, and law firms with litigation and appeals.  She has represented clients at all levels of Texas courts including Municipal Courts, County Courts, District Courts, Courts of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.  She has also represented clients at all levels of federal courts including District Courts, Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Willi is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  She is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and the Appellate Practices Sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Austin Bar Association.  From 2003 to 2005, she served as Chair of the Women in the Profession Committee of the State Bar of Texas.


Ms. Willi has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1992.  She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 6th Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
